Return & Exchange Policy
Sarishay allows returns of defective items procured online provided the items are in original condition i.e., unwashed, new, unworn, unaltered and unstitched with original tags and packaging.
For eligible returns customers should contact our customer service center by email at sarishayclothingbrand@gmail.com.To be able to make a return, customers will need to provide the online order ID and describe the nature of defect within 7 days of the delivery date. (This is only eligible for the Pakistani orders)
The customer must choose a replacement product from the products available at the Sarishay eStore. Depending on the circumstances, the matter will be resolved as swiftly as possible by replacement of the missing/defective items, an exchange or a full refund.
Any mailing/shipping charges associated with the return of a defective item are the sole responsibility of Sarishay and will not be borne by the customer.
Products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. This policy is applicable to local orders only.
Please note that duty and custom charges are not payable from the brand.
Refund or Exchange
Customers who wish to claim an exchange or refund against their order.
 Cancellations
A customer may cancel their order using the order ID and sending an order cancellation request to sarishayclothingbrand@gmail.com
. However, Cancellations is not possible after 24 hours of order placing or once an order has been dispatched.

Definition of Custom Orders: A custom order refers to any product made-to-order based on the customer’s specifications, including unique dimensions, measurements, and additional customizations.
Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable: Custom orders cannot be returned. Please ensure all specifications and details are correct before placing your order.
Order Confirmation: After placing a custom order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your specifications. Please ensure and review the information correctly and carefully.
